This is the official verification system of the National Bank of Moldova (BNM) for validating International Motor Insurance Cards (Green Cards) issued in the Republic of Moldova.
What is a Green Card?
The Green Card is an international certificate of insurance proving that the vehicle has the minimum compulsory insurance cover required by the law of the country visited. It facilitates the cross-border circulation of motor vehicles by ensuring that victims of road traffic accidents are not disadvantaged.
